Bio

Rinzin was born in a secluded valley behind the Himalayan range of Nepal. At the age of eight he left to capital of Nepal by walking seven days from his village to go to school. He is the student of Anthropology and Rural development. Rinzin has not gone to film school, yet he got his cinematic skills by working with and for experienced and veteran filmmakers from around the world. He has directed numerous documentaries. He is also a professional trekking guide; he has led many groups to famous trekking destination. He's engaged with political party lead by the former prime minister of Nepal, Dr Baburam Bhattarai.
