Dear Teachers,

Global Lives is hosting field trips to see our video library of life experience.

On Tuesday, February 18, at Folsom Street Foundry, 1425 Folsom St, we’re offering schools in the San Francisco Bay Area an opportunity to view Lives in Transit, our recent video series of 10 transit workers around the world, in a 17-screen immersive video installation.

We are excited to offer this fantastic opportunity free of charge to Bay Area teachers!

Watch five short preview videos from the Lives in Transit series.

In addition to hosting field trips, we’re offering professional development for teachers around empathy curriculum on February 17th, and weekly salon gatherings for broader audiences interested in global citizenship, new media, and film education (every Wednesday starting on January 22nd).

This exhibit is part of our initiative to provide educational materials for over 400 teachers in the USA and around the world who asked for help using video as a resource in their classroom. With your help, Global Lives will put curriculum and resources in the hands of teachers like me and you. Learn more at globallives.org/donate/.

Thank you so much for supporting this work. Please reach out if you have any questions to nicole [at] globallives [dot] org

Sincerely,

Nicole Pfaff
